Website enquiries

When you submit an enquiry, Daydream Aquariums collects the contact details and aquarium information you choose to provide so Adam can understand and respond to your request. The enquiry is stored in the website customer-management system and may generate email notifications. platformOS and SendGrid process information as needed to operate those services.

Website analytics

This website uses PostHog Web Analytics to understand page visits, anonymous sessions, referring websites, campaign parameters, browser and device information, and whether a website enquiry was successfully submitted. This helps Daydream Aquariums understand which pages and marketing activity are useful and improve the website.

PostHog is configured in cookieless mode. The website does not use PostHog cookies or browser storage, identify individual visitors, record sessions, capture form contents or automatically track clicks. PostHog uses the visitor’s IP address transiently to create an anonymous session identifier, then discards the address before location enrichment. Analytics data is processed in PostHog’s US Cloud.
